Score one for the tactician.
To add to a pitifully small total score when compared to Ratchet's long line of wins. But Prowl would never admit that the game Ratchet had turned up with one day, citing the fact that Prowl was once again working over time and needed a break before he fried something important in his logic centre, to be anything other than addicting.
He had become so used to winning the various strategy games, that he had made the assumption, based upon a rapid calculation of the games in existence and probably known by the medic, that he would win. It was the only reason he had let down enough of his guard to make the ridiculous bet with the medic in the first place.
But then the glitch had unveiled one of the rarer Kaon games that required rapid movement of counters across a three-dimensional board, lest you lose your turn and a completely unpredictable randomisation of spaces available to move into. It defied any attempts to make advance plans and relied upon a mix of strategy, luck and rapid processing power. Something Ratchet, with his need to make life saving decisions just like that, excelled at.
The fact that the medic kept winning only spurred Prowl on to try and gain his own victory, after the first time neither of them had seen any need to change the rules they were playing under. While both winning or losing was equally pleasurable, it just made it all the sweeter when luck favoured Prowl enough to totally mess up Ratchet's attacks.
Very much sweeter.
“Proooooowl.” The mech in question smirked as the medic drew out his designation, making it into both a curse and a plea as the red hands entwined beneath the medics helm twitched.
“Ah, ah, my win, my rules.” Prowl reminded as he slowly rolled his hips, making the most of having the medic beneath him, tight and slick and oh so compliant.
He intended to draw this out for as long as possible, savouring the victory and all that.
