Burgle burgle...as my dad said, sneaking around the basement...
UGhhhhh...soooo, we got broken into today. Assholes broke through two 90 year old windows and glass is quite the bitch to get out of carpets. Anyway, the Mishlers were robbed as well (I think they got it worse than us) and a few days ago the house next to them was robbed.
Anyway, it's totally uncool.
Luckily, we didn't get that much taken, some checks and stuff...the one that bugs me the most; my mom's mom's wedding ring.
Bad form.
Anywhoo...we're all ok, cleaned the broken windows up, we will board up one tonight, duct tape the other as it was just a small hole, and move on..
unfortunatley I haven't gotten to my homework yet, cleaning up glass/melting glass off of a window takes a long time.
