The week goes by faster when I procrastinate. I'll complain that the week isn't going by fast enough sometimes, but when a dreaded midterm is coming up, there is just not enough time in the day.
More and more, my livejournal will just become a collection of of the best stuff that I find from reading other blogs all day.
Here's a quip from an old entry from one of my favorites, Kissing Suzy Kolber.
The Chargers backup guard is named Cory Lekkerkerker. Are black guys on the team uncomfortable playing with someone who has so many k's in their name? Check out this Mii interpretation of my hero:
If you haven't already, and you have ten minutes to completely waste, then watch this video of Gilbert Arenas beating DeShawn Stevenson in a competition that had Gilbert shooting one-handed college 3-pointers while DeShawn was shooting two-handed NBA 3-pointers. Someday I wish I have $20,000 to waste on stupid bets like that. If you don't have 10 minutes then just forward it to the end, cause that's the best part.
Damn, watchin American Idol really makes me want to join choir, or even do some kind of band activity. None of the choirs here really interest me. If only there was a group that sang 90's r&b acapellas only. And I know I'm not good enough for the Percussion Ensemble. Oh what could've been if I just stuck with something when I was younger.
I finally beat Resistance today. That was the first really good video game I've played in a long time. I use the term video game meaning a game that's not called Madden or Smash. Now I only have to wait another year for Metal Gear Solid to come out and make me think that buying this ps3 was really worth it.
I don't think my scarred finger will ever be the same again. It's been months but it's still really sensitive. Damn I wish I was more careful.
There's a chance I might not have to take summer school so I could come back to that place where my life was changed forever on that fateful day when I took my first ever trip to the emergency room. I would love to work again and spend at will. That's what the American dream is all about right?
