A step too far
To whomever it may concern,
I didn't understand Afghanistan so if I thought about it at all then I probably figured there was good reason for it; I disagreed with the War on Iraq even before they admitted that there were no Weapons of Mass Destruction; and the current sanctions that are being imposed by the US on Iran just seem to me to be a lead up to a war that I believe that the current administration there want to start.
Enough is enough. I support our men currently fighting, and dying, around the world but I do not support the war in Iraq, and I WILL NOT support a WAR IN IRAN. I have never felt the need to join a demonstration against my government, or to even write to my MP, but Gordon Brown's apparent support of George Bush's actions have prompted me to action and my MP will be receiving an email from me stating my views.

As a member of the human race I will not stand idly by and let this happen.
- I grew up knowing that at any moment I was four minutes away from death.
- Through my teenage years, and beyond, December was a time for Christmas shopping and bomb threats.
- In 1994 I stood and cried as I watched my toddler colouring in a picture and my baby sleeping soundly, knowing that the chances of them dying at a young age had just been reduced a little.
