Finally got a new watch after mine finally bit the dust after 7+ years. Got 30% off, free shipping, no tax. Excellent deal.
JCPenney had a big sale today. I got some clothes for work. Would've had to pay $209 but only paid $97. Master of deals.
Yankees won 27th championship. Yay! I was calling everybody on the way home from work. Godzilla!
Cynthia was possibly thinking leaving Bridgeport Hospital to work at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Thankfully Yale would not match the pay. I was in such turmoil awaiting the gathering of facts and outcome. I am very happy that she stayed. I did all that I could do to try and make it happen. It's only natural for the person you love.
Have already started to do some Christmas shopping. I am hoping I can get a deal on Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I already know what I want to get for people so I'm just waiting for the deals to happen.
My laptop broke a while ago. The monitor went so I bought an external and updated the video card driver which ended up messing the whole thing up. Bought external 2.5 enclosure to save laptop hard drive and am using Cynthia's previous computer which was just sitting around after I helped her build her current one. After cleaning it up and adding some additional RAM, it runs like a champ.
