More dreams

Not too weird this time. In fact, maybe good.

I'm not too deep into believing dream interpretations and such but I do think things you are thinking about are reflected in your dreams and because I have read up on some dream interpretation before I think my mind does some of the symbolism. What I mean to say is that there is that old phrase "sometimes a cigar is just a cigar" But when I know about the symbolism sometimes it does become something else.

Okay, so the dream is scattered in my memory at this point but I do remember one nice scene. Two people were sitting on a dock at a beach. The man was helping the woman relax by giving her a shoulder rub and saying relaxing things to her (because I think she has just had a stressful day at work) and I'm there on the dock too. The man and woman are not facing the ocean but I am. I'm watching the tide come in. It makes me nervous that the tide is coming in because I'm afraid the waters will overtake us. But the water stops just short of the dock. The man and woman turn around and and the sea is calm, the setting sun hits it just right to make it sparkle beautifully.

Usually in dreams water represents emotions. For once in a long time I have a dream with a large body of calm water. A beautiful scene. It makes me feel like my emotional turmoil is at a moment of rest. I am in a time of clarity. Now if I could figure out what or who the man and the woman represent. Or maybe a cigar is just a cigar and they were just random spectators.

Well, I don't know if this is turning in to my dream blog now but it seems a good place to go on about it. Enjoy the deep look into my psyche.
