Well I know it has only been a few days but I have been working out everyday since Tuesday and I think my body is kicking back into the mode it was in when I was doing martial arts. Which is very good. I wasn't working out as much then as I am and going to be but I was on the bike in the living room for an hour with over 70 rpms for an hour and did 15.5 miles then did 30 push ups and 15 crunches. My legs aren't sore one bit.
Though I am having trouble getting the tightness out of my arms and chest areas. Those areas feel great after working out and loose but tighten back up about an hour after. It should go away the more I work out. I have to be near my best form Wednesday. They are going see what kind of shape I am in and if they think I will be able to go to boot camp in December. If they don't I can do it we will be moved back till Jan.
I know I will be ready.
