(no subject)
So my official grade on X3...B, maybe close to a B+. Probably better than X-Men, not as good as X2. The action was pretty cool, but not the "oh my god, make me want to cheer" action I was kinda hoping for. The story and the movement of the story was somewhat lacking in my opinion. The Pheonix story kinda was lacking for me too, same for the introduction of Angel and his very little involvement. I think I need to rewatch it before I make my final opinion, but so far, I'm a little indifferent about it.
I watched Garden State yesterday too cause I had some down time. That movie just makes me depressed. I suppose most love stories do but I guess its because the Zach Braff character is closest to what I'm feeling right now that it seems to hit harder then most. I think most of all I just hate movies that leave me bummed out after I watch them. booo. Movies should make you feel good.
The LOST finale was amazing though. I love that show and I really think the second season turned out better than the first. Both need rewatching though. I'm going to definitely miss Lost night with Cullie and Donny (and sometimes Jo and Lauren) next year, even though they will continue in a different location, without Cullie.
Dashboards 2 new singles are on iTunes. I think I'm just going to wait until the album comes out to hear them, we'll see. Music has been another thing that I just haven't been that into lately. I haven't gotten new music for awhile and I seem to be hitting "next" a lot on my iPod when I play it on shuffle.
Dance or Die tonight. The last one of the year. Should be fun. My TCOM friends and some of my other friends (the friends I met through Arden) will be there so it should be fun all around. 8 DAYS UNTIL THE RELATIVE PREMIERE. I can't wait...especially for the party afterwards. should be crazy. I can't wait to be home though and see everyone too. Adios!
