DA PUMP’s Issa teams up with SoulJa
Hip-hop group, DA PUMP’s Issa, will be teaming up with rapper SoulJa for a new single called “Breathe“, which will be released on September 22nd.
Both singers have been termed ‘natural artists’ and will be working together under this tag for their new ballad number. The song will be produced by Jeff Miyahara who has worked with such artists as Kato Miliyah, JASMINE, Aoyama Thelma, and Nishino Kana. With him backing the single it is sure to be an interesting match up.
DA PUMP was one of the major boy groups in Japan, but has been gradually loosing members for the past several years, with Issa as the only original member left. The group hasn’t had any major releases for quite some time, so it is nice to see Issa coming back with a new collaboration. SoulJa gained a lot of popularity from his “Soba ni Iru ne” collaboration with Aoyama Thelma. Hopefully this match up will be just as popular!
