Takeshi to appear for 1st time on 'Detective! Night Scoop'
Actor and comedian Beat Takeshi will be appearing as an adviser on the Osaka ABC TV series “Detective! Night Scoop” which will air May 28. He recently went to Osaka to film the segment with comedian Seiki Nagahara and actor Toshiyuki Nishida Toshiyuki, who directs the show.
Takeshi, who was in Osaka doing PR for his latest movie “Outrage,” which opens June 12, said he is a big fan of the show. In the program, which has been on the air weekly for 20 years, viewers send in requests on how to deal with difficult issues and the guests-usually comedians-suggest solutions.
