Ooarai Press Conference
Today there was a press conference for the ensemble movie "Ooarai nimo Hoshi wa Furu Nari" featuring great actors such as Yamada Takayuki (25) in the starring roles. The movie is a comedy about 7 unique men fighting over one single woman, played by the lovely Toda Erika (21). On stage she immediately got asked one of the most difficult questions, who does she like the most? "Sato Jiro-san", she answered. Hearing that answer, Yamada expressed his bitterness with two clenched fists and shouting, "DAMN IT!!"
Here’s the story of Ooarai. Yamada’s character received a letter from Madonna Eriko (Toda) that told him to meet her at that beach hut he used to work at during the summer. What he didn’t know is that 5 other men received the same letter from Eriko. They all meet at the beach hut, except for Eriko herself and it doesn’t take long for the tension to rise until one of them starts claiming he’s definitely her favorite, which triggers a fierce battle over the heart of Eriko. Eventually they called a lawyer to settle their conflict, but everything gets worse when even that lawyer realizes his love for Eriko…
Yamamoto Yusuke (21) will also appear and play a young university student who is way too much obsessed with sharks and any kind of research related to them. He revealed some similarities to his character as well. "Making a detailed plan to score with women and being a tactician like person when it comes to love, that’s really similar to myself."
