Ikimonogakari Yokohama Stadium concert tickets sell out immediately!
Ikimonogakari is set to perform their first stadium live, “Ikimono Matsuri 2011 Donata Summer mo Tanoshimi ma SHOW!!! ~Yokohama Stadium~”, on July 23rd and 24th, and more than 60,000 tickets for the show went on sale on June 4th and they were all sold out immediately!
They were offering three different kinds of tickets: reserved seats, standing seats, and family seats.
At first, people were worried that Ikimonogakari’s concerts would be canceled due to the effect of the earthquake. However, they announced in April that the concerts would continue as planned. Considering the power consumption, they will use power vehicles as the external power supply for the concerts.
Since the tickets were sold out in the same day, the members and staff expressed a desire to show their concert to even more people. As such, it was decided that the performance on the 24th would be broadcast live simultaneously to movie theaters throughout the nation and would be called “Ikimono Matsuri 2011 Donata Summer mo Tanoshimi ma SHOW!!! ~Live Viewing in Theater~”.
