Enka singer JERO announced on his official blog that he will be releasing a new single, titled “Tada… Namida“!

“Everybody, how are you? It’s soon, but I have some news for you,” he wrote in his blog entry. “On June 22nd, I’ll be releasing a new song titled ‘Tada… Namida’. Like my third single ‘Yancha Michi‘ and the song ‘Hare Butai‘, which I made for my mother, this one is also Nakamura Naka-san’s work.” The song is described as having a simple arrangement, and one of JERO’s personal favorites.

On the same day that “Tada… Namida” hits stores, JERO will also be releasing a new cover album titled “Covers 4: Kyou no Ikkyoku“. His fourth cover album will include songs recorded from his “Ichigoichie” and “Onkochishin” tours.

Fans were excited about his upcoming releases, commenting, “I’m looking forward to it!”, “Though I haven’t heard (Tada… Namida) yet, I think it’ll be a wonderful song for its originality,” and “A new song? I’m so happy!”

Stay tuned for more on JERO’s upcoming single and cover album!
