We recently reported that actress Kitagawa Keiko got appointed as the new image character for the sunscreen brand “ALLIE“. Sunscreen is important to protect your white skin, and everyone knows that having beautiful white skin is the ideal of beauty in Japan.
There are countless other actresses besides her that follow this ideal, but as usual, there are still those who have more beautiful skin than others.
The newest poll on the mobile portal of goo/NTT DoCoMo asked their users to name the actress with the most beautiful skin of them all.

Many popular Japanese actresses also juggle a singing career, but who among them is the most successful? NTT Docomo collected 43545 votes, asking people which actress they thought was also memorable as a singer. Actress Shibasaki Kou came out on top with an overwhelming lead.
In 2003, Shibasaki released the song “Tsuki no Shizuku” under the name RUI, her character from the movie, “Yomigaeri“. The song became a huge hit, and she followed that up with “Kiss shite” under the name KOH+, which became popular as the theme for television drama, “Galileo“.
Coming in 2nd place was Shinohara Ryoko, who is best known for her 1994 single, “Itoshisa to Setsunasa to Kokoro Tsuyosa to“. As the theme for “Streetfighter II MOVIE“, the track was rated Million and topped the 1994 Yearly Oricon Singles Chart.
