Behind the scenes at Nino’s fridge commercial
Playing around on set, wanting to eat food but not being able to eat food, Arashi’s Kazunari Ninomiya (27) was all smiles at his latest commercial shoot for Hitachi’s refrigerator, reports Oricon.
In the third installment of Arashi’s Hitachi home appliance commercials, Ninomiya had been chosen to advertise refrigerators.
In the commercial, Ninomiya comes home to his apartment to find a letter from his mother, who says she had dropped by and had cut up some fresh sashimi for him. Although delighted to find the sashimi in his fridge, the phone rings, followed by a knock on the door by the courier man. With so many distractions, will Ninomiya ever be able to eat his sashimi…
During the shoot, Ninomiya had been reported to have said his apartment set was very fashionable. He could not help but check out the refrigerator, play around with the ornaments, relax on the sofa during breaks, and even played with the kendama toy, putting on a smile and making a peace sign when he had got it right.
Ninomiya’s Hitachi commercial will go on air from September 18.
His group members Sho Sakurai (28) and Masaki Aiba (27) have already released commercials for vacuum cleaners and washing machines respectively.
