Service 1 : Bidding / Purchasing of Japan Websites
Have you ever wanted to purchase anything off Yahoo JP Auctions???
Here are some simple rules to follow and I will be able to assist you to bid for anything off Yahoo JP Auctions. ^O^
Terms & Conditions
1. Please ensure that all the auctions time ends before 23:00 (Japan Time).
2. All payment will be made via PAYPAL / POSB Transfer / RHB Bank .
3. Please quote me your HIGHEST BID AMOUNT and send the payment to my PAYPAL IMMEDIATELY.
4. Please send the payment to my PAYPAL as PERSONAL PAYMENT.
5. Kindly note that if I fail to bid the item, a full refund will be given.
6. Please refer to the below CALCULATION METHOD for the final price to be paid.
CALCULATION METHOD(Using your highest bid amount) :
6500Yen + 210Yen* + 160Yen** + 500Yen*** + 650Yen**** = 8020Yen
* Bank Transfer Fee between banks in Japan. [ May varies according to bank].
** Domestic Shipping Cost [Varies differently. Mine is just an example] Normally it is stated on the auction site.
*** Japan Agent Service Charge [Varies... check below]
**** International Shipping Cost from Japan to me / International Buyer. [Varies according to weight of item]
# For buyers which are not in Singapore, you would have to pay for another SHIPPING from ME to YOU after your items reached me.

* Below 2000Yen ---> 300Yen per item
* 2001Yen ~ 4000Yen ---> 600Yen per item
* 4001Yen ~ 10000Yen ---> 1000Yen per item
* 10001Yen ~ 50000Yen ---> 10% of the item price
* 50001Yen ~ 80000Yen ---> 7% of the item price
* 80001Yen ~ 150000Yen ---> 5% of the item price

Service 2 : Ticketing Services
Have you ever wanted to attend a concert in Japan?
If you do, the best site to get hold of tickets for a concert in Japan would be at ticket.co.jp!
Commission of mine for getting a ticket would be 20% of the ticket price OR 5000Yen, whichever is LOWER.
And example of quotation would be as below :
* Arashi Ticket - 45000Yen
* Commission - 5000Yen
* 5% Site Charge - 2250Yen
* Domestic Japan Shipping - 500Yen
+ 5% Paypal Charges [OPTIONAL]
Grand Total : 52750Yen
Please note that the 5% Site Charge is a service charge from ticket.co.jp.
This will not apply if you bid it from Yahoo Japan Auction.
Please note the below :
1. Tickets will be shipped directly from the seller to your Hotel in Japan. I will provide you with the Tracking Number for the package.
2. I will not be liable for any LOSS in MAIL.

Service 3 : YesAsia Order Services
This service is limited to Malaysians who wished to order Arashi's Singles / Albums from YesAsia but do not have a Paypal account to make payment. As YesAsia have a limit of US$45 to enjoy FREE SHIPPING, so I would need to accumulate at least 3 orders [for Singles] before I could proceed to place an order on YesAsia.
P/S : I can also assist with PERSONAL ORDER and have YesAsia shipped directly to you.
Charges as below :
1. Single / Album Price on YesAsia in USD to be converted to MYR.
* Will based on Paypal Conversion Rate, not YesAsia.
2. Per Single - RM5. Per Album / DVD - RM8
3. POS LAJU cost of RM6 ~ RM10 depending on the weight.
