I know an elderly Japanese woman who has been a close friend of the family for over fifty years. She fell last night and broke her hip. I'd like to take a handmade "Get Well" card to her in the hospital this weekend and perhaps a small gift. I would like to write "Get Well" or "Feel better soon" in kanji on the front.
