Well the truth is..i got sucked into the pathetic myspace world and kind of left my livejournal. Either way..online blogs arent really that interesting. But for an update:

Summer was amazing. After my freshman year ended(three days after to be specific) i left for Frost Valley Outtrip. There..the unthinkable happened. I met the most amazing people ever. Two of which id already known from other camp years. lily and jess....two crazy kids. Well we all got to know eachother, while jess got sick and decided to throw up multiple times on during our ten hour drive up to maine. Maine by the way is extremly beautiful. Our campsites were pretty much amazing, not counting the unbelievable amount of mosquitos. Which werent that terrible if you were on the shore cause the breeze made if hard for them to survive.

**Dont eat bananas when camping...they attract bugs..**

(didnt know that at the time)

Well we biked for one weak, around 80 miles into acadia national park. A lovely little town on desert island called Bar Harbor made our trip a little less.....woodsy. We shopped all day. Ate chinese food. Saw a movie(cinderella man) IN LAZY BOY CHARS. The most amazing movie theater ever....5 dollars for some comfortable seating..free water...food in plastic bowls..and bingo. Yea the people there thought we were strange for taking a large amount of pictures. The next week we kayaked with our tour guides...who were just another amazign addition tot he trip. The sky was clear and the weather was amazing. Our island was Pomp island, and we spent at least six hours everyday sitting on the large rocks making hemp necklaces and such for eachtoher while the sun set infront of us. We kayaked around the area, couple miles i guess a day..hiked here..explored there..etc.etc. We met up with the other maine trip group(the yonger kids..almost all were at least) and they didnt have such a great time.

**fire 47 man...leave fire pits if drunks approach..and if you let kids use your fire to roast grapes, they give you free food..**

Saying goodbye on the last day was one of the hardest things to do. Of course since then ive seen a lot of the kids and well..were all still great friends.

Second session was also amazing(residents camp). Although i was in the younger village cause of my friends, it was still amazing. Next year im hopefully becoming a C.I.T...if not im probably only doing the outtrp in costa rica. Yea thats right, costa fucking rica to save the sea turtles(hahaha). And then explore europe, thats how we do. Second session in tacoma was..bliss. From the 80's dance to team red pranks at 6:00 am with the discovery song..and the clivus(luckly chen actually DIDNT fall in, although she was a missing camper..for a night).

Leaving for vacation this week, and im a soph now. Thats pretty excited.

One love.
