Who's guilty of trying to cram a buncha figures into too short a space and ending up with them looking like hobbits? That'd be me! I should've done this on bigger paper, 11 by 14 is nahgood. I've already resized their heads drastically, I'm embarrassed by how badly I fucked that up in the drawing but I was so desperately trying to get in more ( Read more... )

1. Neigh?!? Hummm, subconciously, I think you want a horse!! LOL!!! Puppehs are good. I lurves my puppehs. Maybe an older dog that needs rescuing from the pound? The right dog will respond well to being treated like a kid. Something low energy; not an Aussie, Border Collie or Jack Russel Terrier.

Rabbits are good too. Have had some o them as pets. They can be verra cuddly if handled a lot. Rats are neat as well. Very smart, and can learn tricks. But you have to handle them a lot as well, or they are nervous. Hamsters suck. Too twitchy,...

2. ELFQUESTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!! my all time favorite as well. I still have most of the original comics. My best friend and I used to haunt the comic shop, waiting for the next issue. I attribute ElfQuest (and not D & D like other geeks) for my current interest and membership in the SCA,...

Oh and, I think the piece is great!!! Reminds me of college days,... good feel and attitudes! And the proportions work. Good job on the shoes, too!

Haha, oh no! Wow, you're right, that's a desperate cry for a pony right there!

I would adopt something, but the apartment we just signed a year lease on is no pets. The whole area is no pets, so it'd be hard to sneak in a cat even. I'd hate to turn into one of those people who actually babies their pet in a creepy way though, so perhaps it's for the best right now, just let all those hormones pass. I just have to satisfy myself with playing with my best friend's dog, an awesome little Boston Terrier named Elvis.

Smaller animals might be okay though. I love rats, though as my boyfriend has a job that involves trekking through people's basements all day, he's a bit prejudice at the moment. But maybe...
