feelin fat

i just got home from work, we were supposed to have a staff meeting today and celebrate cindy's birthday but dr. rickborn said he was having cluster headaches and didn't want to come in sooo....we took cindy out to lunch across the street at atlanta bread company. lacey knows someone that works there and so he gave us a bunch of free pastries which i had to sample and now i feel so disgusting. i am about to go take a walk to walk off some of this grossness. i am still thin but i am in the worst shape i have been in in a long time. i have to be motivated to eat healthy again. (the drinking probably doesn't help but let's not talk about that)
there is a girl's night at sylvia's tonight and i am so excited about it. i like being with the girls. ;hearts&
anyway, the game saturday (gamecocks vs. georgia) was so exciting. i am dissapointed we didn't win but i am so happy we didn't get our asses handed to us that i am actually happy about it.
so i am off to work of some of my excess nasty feelings. later....
