YAY! Also boo.
My huge pack of knitting needles came!! I ordered a set of dpns (double pointed needles) from sizes 0 to 11 plus 13, with five in each set, and they just arrived and look great! I'm so excited for these - dpns are usually $8 for one set of four, and I got 13 (I think) sets of five for $25 total. *dances around happily* What should I make first, flist? (I have a pattern for mittens I wanted to make but it's the wrong weather now and I already have good ones.) :D
Also, I got into the other grad school I wanted! More on that later at my other journal.

In not quite so happy news, I realized yesterday while catching up from vacation that I need to cut my flist just a little bit. It will probably be only 3-4 people whose interests have diverged from mine and/or we never talk anymore, nothing personal. So no worries, just acknowledging changing interests and friendships. *snugs whole flist*
