Ok so everyone said to let people help me.

Dane and Ben said "let us come and help you"

They said "Dane and Ben have offered to help chill out and let them help"

So last weekend and this eve I riped the kitchen out myself anyway....

It wasn't all that hard really, it was badly put in in the first place.
