If you look below at weatherfront's comment, she touches more on the verse and the prancing around naked. From what I remember, Arthur the cocktease, gets out of the pool naked and dripping wet, while Eames has his work friends over. Of course, being such an amazing host, Arthur pulls on a big shirt, which immediately gets wet and transparent in enticing parts, and offers to get drinks for everyone. Because he's lovely that way. But Eames is displeased that everyone can see Arthur's gorgeous bum - which, everyone wants to see more of, fuuuuck - so he cleverly suggests Arthur goes take a shower, and relax. Except his plan backfires because Arthur comes sauntering down in his well-cut, close-fitting, tailored clothes, hair wet and loose, still fucking hot. And Eames' friends still desperately want to fuck him.
That was the scenario. :) All this is part of a verse that keelain was expounding on. The above scenario came out from random squeeing on her LJ. It happened awhile ago, so I don't know if I'm recollecting the scene right. ANYONE IS FREE TO JUMP IN AND CORRECT ME!
