Sherlock - my new fic obsession
In the last week, I have memoried over 20 Sherlock fics. God, I love new fandom explosions (and the rate sherlockbbc has been updating has been amazing).
So! Anyone fancy some recs?
Only Human by irisbleu, John/Sherlock. In which Sherlock fails to take care of himself so John does it for him and I have an attack of warm fuzziness.
I Get By With... by ariadnes_string, gen. Lestrade POV on Sherlock trying and mostly failing to take care of a sick John... very cute.
Pedestrian by vegarin, gen. A missing scene from The Great Game between John and Moriarty - fabulous character piece for John.
Explosions, Literal and Otherwise by starjenni, gen, where there is angst and then comfort and happy-making hugging.
that he's here means that he's never lost by thisissirius, John/Sherlock. Coda to The Great Game where there is more angst with a beautifully written John POV and a hopeful ending (yay for Siri not traumatising me).
Learning Curve by lace_fic, John/Sherlock. In which Sherlock finds John being clever very attractive and there is snogging in a cupboard, hoorah.
Thought Experiment by entangled_now, John/Sherlock. In which Sherlock is the most bizarre flatmate ever, John worries that he has stopped finding things bizarre, there is seduction through toast and I grin a lot because it is hilarious. And hot.
As I unexpectedly got hijacked by my neighbour arriving at my door in a fez and sunglasses in the middle of this and persuaded next door for drinks and strange music, I will continue this another day when I am not so sleepy...
