No Monkey No More
I've reached the end of my time with Too Many Monkeys. They are going off in a different direction (I would argue with the claim that it's the "next level", but it's unimportant really)
As the group finished it's performance tonight, I was overcome with sadness. They've been part of my life for 5 years and while I was certainly not ready to let that end, it DID have to end for me and it's for the best for all concerned.
Like all painful break-ups though, it's hard to see how it's for the best when you don't want it to end like this.
I will miss it.
