Welp.
Came home to this.
The lawn was mowed today, but when I called the owner, he said he was told it was already broken when they got there. But I got the footage from the security camera, and they did accidentally break it, rock thrown by the weed whacker. I wish they hadn't denied it. It was clearly an accident. Anyway. Ugh.
Then I saw this. In the midst of my poor weed-choked sunburnt garden:
And way down, even deeper in the weeds:
I've given up even trying to tame the weeds, but I do water, and they are making MATERS! There are tons of them, most still green but some are ripening.
Lawn guys are coming tomorrow with the shop vac to get all the glass. I won't even open the door -- I don't want that glass on my wood floors.
Going to bed early.
