chicken and rice, essentially. Found on Pinterest.
Verdict: VERY good, but mega rich and fairly salty. Also extremely thick. I used thighs instead of breasts, but otherwise unchanged, but thighs are much fattier than breasts, so it might help to use breasts instead.
To do over again I'd add some chicken broth to start, with some water, and put in some mushrooms, I dunno, onion, garlic, green peas? Close to the end of cooking. But it's REALLY good. Easy. If I were leaving it cooking while I went to work, I'd thin it with the liquids and cook it on low. I did it on high four hours. Perfect.
