Reminiscing.
You know, I get in these moods, right, and sometimes I go back and reread my own stuff. Not that often, really, but sometimes, sure.
I can't remember the last time I looked at a Sentinel story. Or B5. Big Valley, sometimes. Supernatural, sometimes. (Although rarely read SPN slash at all now, realizing that for me, Dean belongs with Mal.)
But I do reread my CSI stuff, here and there. And tonight I've been on a binge, some stories I don't even remember what all happens, man, and holy crap, my craving for Nick/Gil is insatiable. I still, evidently, love that pairing like burning. Adore it. After all this time -- and it's a lot of freaking time -- it's STILL so damn hot to me. And sweet. Awkward. Confusing, frustrating, annoying, fascinating.
I went hunting here and there, but I wound up rereading my own stuff because -- *scratches head* -- not a whole lot of people went down that road, I don't guess. I figured I'd find a bunch of stuff since I've been out of that fandom for ages, but. I dunno.
So if anyone has any recs for me? That would be beyond awesome. I mean, it sounds so self-centered, I realize -- I'm rereading my own damn material -- but it was always such a small fandom, and well.
Anyway. I can pick flaws in all of the stories easily, but fuck it -- I love that pairing. Oh how I love it.
