Cannot believe it...
A particular light bulb fused at my block's void deck for almost a month. When I finally couldn't tahan that nothing was being done to the fused bulb after a month, I called up TC to report it. After I hang up & walked towards the lift lobby, i noticed the lights at the lobby had fused as well. Which was fine cos I tot the TC technician would prolly do his round when he comes.
Today, as i walked past the previously fused bulb location, i saw that the bulb was changed. BUT the lift lobby's light was NOT!! (and they are less than 10 steps away..)
