So, we have a place now. We signed the lease today. Yayz!
I'm soooo tired. Going to sleep now. We have to head back down there tomorrow to meet the cable guy and the Best Buy delivery people (who are delivering our appliances). We'll be packing/moving stuff over the next week, and then furniture in a U-Haul will happen next weekend. And we'll be in the new place full time by the end of the month (our lease here is up January 31).
Also, my dad emailed me and apparently today he adopted a PUPPY. Black lab/husky mix. 2 months old. Apparently "docile" but somehow I doubt that, being a lab/husky mix...it must be insane. I about melted, and he didn't even send the pictures yet. OMG I WANT A PUPPY. I think we'll be getting one in March sometime...
Tonight we saw Memoirs of a Geisha with iseebi and jproulx. I liked it a lot. I want to wear a kimono!
