A day of relaxation
Well, yesterday (Thursday) was spent at Centre Parks in Longleat, at the invitation of Richards parents. We knocked the cobwebs off the bikes and loaded my car. All I can say is I loved it, the spa was wonderful, I couldn't quite reconcile the idea of being in an outdoor swimming pool in January, in the dark, with the temperature barely above freezing.
We have decided that we are going to do a midweek break there somepoint in May.
This morning was a different matter, however, let's just say I had a bad case of saddle bum!
The only thing I missed out on was I wanted a manicure, but they were fully booked. After god knows how many years, I've given up biting my nails, and now have inch long talons to try and maintain.
