Re: Question Re: My Shiny Bannerjanine42584August 3 2007, 05:48:11 UTC
As the header for your main journal? or for something else (I don't know if I completely understand... it's late and I'm tired, so very little make sense to me at this moment). If you want it as a header for the journal (like keeping the same layout your journal has now), it wont flow the way it does now. If you would like it to say that your journal is friends only (within the header that you currently have), I would totally be happy to do that for you as well. Just let me know. I may be completely reading this wrong, in which case just let me know.

Okie dokie... Here's the link that has F/O within the header. It's just the code again. Just do the same thing as usual... Copy and paste in the css override box, but make sure to delete the code that is already in the override box before pasting the new one (I've totally done that before and wondered why the journal didn't look right). Okay, typing as become very hard... maybe I will actually sleep tonight (that would be fun). If you want it different at all, just let me know!

I'm very glad it works! I'm still awake too... But I'm working on a totally fun Draco/Ginny minip (yes I know, I'm totally one of those crazy Harry Potter people) that started out as an icon but has worked its way into a whole piece... I hope to be asleep soon. Hope you are having very happy dreams.

WARNING DEATHLY HALLOWS SPOILERS for anyone who reads this comment...
Oh I'm a cannon shipper all the way as well, I just do love my Draco. I really liked DH. There were certain decisions I didn't get (like not showing Tonks/Lupin's death, it seemed to make it less real with it not being show, kinda felt like they were cheated out of their "going out in a blaze of gloryness"), but overall I really enjoyed it. There were definitely parts I wanted to smack the Trio for being petty and childish (but there have always been those parts, like most of book five with Harry), but I think that just shows good writing to make me annoyed with a character I really do like. I LOVED Neville in the book, but seeing has how he, Ginny, and Luna are my three favorite characters that wasn't hard. I was so ready to throw the book if ANY of those three died. But FRED! ::sob:: Oh god... I think I need to go cry some more. Like I said, not a perfect book necessarily, but I really loved it. What did you think?
I loved the Harry Potter series. I was so sad to see it end. I also loved DH but I have several burning questions that were not answered in the book or the epilogue. In the epilogue, JKR tells us that Ginny married Harry & Hermione married Ron, however; What's Draco doing?(Other than losing his hair!?) Who's Draco's wife? What's Ginny doing? (I can't see her as a SAHM.) What's Luna doing? I was so sure Luna & Neville would end up together! Last, but not least, why, oh why did Fred have to die? *sobs along with you* I loved the book, but I hate the loose ends. Do you have any predictions about what happens next?
I know. There was totally this sad empty feeling when I finished it. At the end of all the other books there was always excitement about what could happen next, and you know, trying to figure it out. But this one was different (still awesome, but different). I really wanted to hear about how the wizarding world recovered. I mean their entire government was overthrown, that couldn't have been easy to fix. I think that would have been such an interesting struggle to hear about. I too am interested in what our beloved characters are doing. I always picture Ginny as an Auror with Harry (and maybe Ron), Hermione being some activist within the government, I also always pictured Harry becoming Headmaster one day. I too wonder what Draco is doing now, just mooching off the family money or actually trying to make something of himself. There's a great interview with JKR that answers a few questions about who's doing what.
I love them all. It's hard to choose. I think I'll go with 010.
Thank you,
Ally

I'm not feeling very cyber-savvy right now. Is there a way that I can use my banner as a header?
