NICE are questioning counselling as a treatment for depression. The report that they have released has no evidence of British origin so essentially they are basing their conclusions regarding front line treatment for depression on clinical results and sources on therapy in other countries. Helllooooooooo? Is there anybody in there? The words clinical excellence are in the name of the organisationnnnnn.
