1) Ah, SPN. I've spent the summer mostly ignoring the psycho fandom elements and being excited for S9 on my own terms. Never seen so many people bitch so loudly about the lack of female characters -- and then when one shows up, bitch even louder because she's now a threat to their pairing. At this point, I'm: "Just STFU and let me watch my show!" ;)
4) Guess I've now got to check out Breaking Bad, eh? That level of squee -- from YOU -- only means good things!
5) I know that dugindeep is working on a J2 version of Pacific Rim, so keep an eye out?
7) Thanks for the warning re Under the Dome, as I've read (and loved!) the book, haven't yet seen the miniseries, and tbh, am already unhappy with the changes you mentioned.

d) Nah, he won't. At best he gets house arrest for a year, you can't physically go to prison if you're older than seventy (thanks to a law HE made... XD), but I'm hoping that all the other trials go to an end soon and he ends up escaping to the Caribbeans forever. At this point I only care that he doesn't run for the elections at all since people are dumb and would still vote for him....
1) Gosh, I can't do with this anymore. Like, even if people in your pairing have casual sex with women it means that they can't ever get together? It's normal to have casual sex. It's also normal not to be celibate. It's also normal to get with someone after having made experiences with other people. I can spin this thing in about three different ways that could still realistically lead to that pairing canonically happening (which wouldn't happen before S10 anyway so), all the worrying is becoming extreme imo D: also yeah exactly, first we want new females but not if they hook up with the lead characters? That's soooo very logical... ;)
4) YES YOU DO. THAT SHOW IS *GOOD*. Not in the fannish way because I'm not sure I could be fannish about it but it's honestly the best writing I've seen since I caught up with The Wire last year and if I compare it to The Wire it means it's GOOD ;) and it has some seriously well-written characters, do try it! (it also has 13 episode long seasons so it's relatively not hard to catch up with). A+ would reommend forever ;)
7) Meh, I could have done with Rusty not being a main character though I'm still saaad about it as he was my favorite, but Julia is an amazingly good-looking redhead in her early thirties at most and... like, I thought it was actually awesome that in the book she was older than Barbie/not your usual young female lead, so this thing is legit pissing me off xD in itself is not a *bad* show at all, but watching it with the book in mind is definitely not a good idea.
e) yesssss I did! :DDD whenever he tours I try to catch at least one date and it was awesome ;)
