Wow wow wow wow wow. This is amazing. Totally above and beyond the call of duty. And yeah, I'll confess that after reading the brilliance you did with Castiel/Jacob, I totally put the Boone/Jacob prompt in just for you. :)

Anyway, this was so gorgeous. I'd never thought about a pre-crash encounter through dreams, but this works beautifully. You manage to convey a really palpable sense of reaching---that Boone is reaching to try to understand the dream each time, and how it becomes more and mor emeantingful each time... and then also the feeling that he's cracking up for having these dreams. And I love how you compare it to that computer game, too. I don't know why.

This part was my favorite of the whole thing. Boone's always been my favorite character (after Sayid), so I always love him in any story, but I really love the way you've written Jacob here. SO SEXY! But also, wise and mystical and good and calm and all the things we saw on screen that made me fall in love with him. This is fabulous. I didn't deserve it. Thank you so much.

I'm really happy that the concept worked for you, I kinda thought it could have been interesting that they'd meet pre-crash (and well, if the island demanded poor Boone there must have been a reason.. *glares*). And much glad that the Myst thing worked because I was wanting to compare it with Lost in fic for ages but I never got the occasion and I can kind of imagine Boone doing that. It's so awesome to hear you liked how I wrote Jacob, too! I have to say that I'm having fun with him lately, but he's such a good character. ♥ Thanks so much again and much glad you liked it!!
