oH, that has a great Robert Johnson, but more Muddy Waters feel to it!!!!!

He'd make an awesome demon, but you know what he'd be great as, as a preacher in a small town preaching about the end of days that everyone on the outside thinks is crazy but his followers don't and the demons are out to get him--possess him so they can totally screw over those parishoners...and Sam and Dean have to stop them before they get to him.

I may have inadvertantly just written a Springsteen meets SPN fic. ;)

You know, he's always in the paper here...his son goes to college here and lives in the dorms, not a swanky apartment and he's always here on the weekends visiting him.

And... oh God, you do realize that I want to write that thing, right? Oh God, if only it wasn't NaNoWriMo month, but I'm definitely keeping the idea in my head. Because that's just AWESOME.

And you just made me love the guy even more than I do. I love that he's so down to earth and that he has never lost his head. And OMG he goes there on weekends? How lovely!

You know that you're going to do it. ;) Plus you know he has to be one passionate preacher..dressed exactly that way..holding the bible and passionately preaching to his parishoners..and the demons are a little miffed that he's doing this..and the angels know him because he's...he's not one of them, but he's "special" in a way...and Dean is mighty impressed by him because he looks and sounds so cool

You know that as soon as I'm done with NaNo I'm sooo going to hit that, right? *licks lips* That's one HELL of a plot and of course Dean would be mighty impressed and god, I think my braincells are bursting. Hell YES. And ditto on the Dust Bowl! Also, since I'm writing my NaNoWriMo set in the Great Depression I should be in the setting already ;)

Weeeeellllll, why not? ;) I'm usually not that curious but who knows, might turn handy. And yeah, it's cool indeed! Though he has always been very down to earth and he always said in interviews that he didn't want his kids to feel privileged or something, so it doesn't really surprise me that he isn't getting it much easier than the rest. And well, if he went to upscale restaurants once in a while I guess he can afford that ;)
