A Girl, Waiting

You have a stupid face.  Yes, a stupid face.  Rory, why is your face so stupid?

Why I am talking to a robot?  Again?

I made his face.  I put that face on his stupid face.  It’s not his face.  It’s my face.  My stupid face.

Yup, a community--that's how most people find fic to read. eleven_fic would be a good place to post it (a general comm for all Eleven-era fic). You would have to join first, to be allowed to post, and should read over the community profile for some basic directions. If you poke around the comm, you'll see how most people do it: they write up a header for their fic with things like the title, the characters involved, warnings for spoilers or any content that might be offensive, perhaps a quick note or summary giving an idea of what the fic's about or anything you want to explain about it. And then under the header you make a link to this post on your journal (unfortunately on eleven_fic, the formatting doesn't make the links obvious--they're not underlined or anything--but if you hover your cursor over you'll see them).

When you're posting to a community, you also want to use the community's tags. What you do is, to the right of the box where you can type in tags, there's a link that says "select tags". Click on it and you'll get a pop-up box with all the tags for the community, and then you can just check the ones that apply to your fic.

Anyway, no pressure if you don't want to (You're pretty new to LJ? As websites go, it's not the most user-friendly to learn, unfortunately.), but if you'd like to get some more readers, I'd recommend it. Give the comm a look, and if you've got any questions, I'm happy to help : )
