Yesterday, I finally decided to start doing more cardio. I went to the gym, went on the treadmill, and actually jogged for 5 minutes out of 20. At the end of the workout, I was sweating like crazy, and I could not feel my legs, but I was completely euphoric, as I did not even come close to passing out.
Fast forward about 4 hours, and I needed to put ice on my ankle. Need to remember to stretch BEFORE I start beating up my joints. Today I am a little bit sore, but luckily can still walk.
The good news is, I have taken that first step towards gaining more endurance. It will come in handy some day.
