Snake Crochet Pattern

*please let me know of any corrections that might need to be made to the pattern*
*also make note that I might mix up knitting terms and crocheting terms, let me know if there's a problem with that as well*

Snake Toy
Work in rounds
Cast on 2 sts
6 sc in 2nd st from hook. place stitch marker
increase 2 sts in each of the 6 sc sts around (12)
increase 3 sts in first st, sc in next 4 sts, (increase 3sts in next st) twice, sc in next 4 sts, 3 sts in next st (20)
sc in each sts around
decrease over next 2 sts, sc in next 6 sts, (decrease over next 2 sts) twice, sc in next 6 sts, decrease over next 2 sts
(decrease over next 2 sts) 4 times
sc in each sts around
sc in next 4 sts, (decrease in next 2 sts) 4 times
**stuff head**
hdc around until body/tail reaches desired length
****stuff body evenly every 3 inches or so, or leave the body/tail un-stuffed for more flexibility.
at end of body/tail, hdc 2 tog, hdc in next 2 sts, hdc 2 tog
sc 3 or 4 more rows
end snake.

sew on eyes and nose, and make a tongue as you see fit.
