Ok Austin grapevine, rumor mill and critique column, I am a girl in need of your help! In the interest of continuing wedding prep progress, I've got a list of caterers I have to use. Why do I have to use them? Because I'll get slapped with an extra $200 fee if I use a caterer off the list. I've never attended an event catered by any of these people (not that I know of). I'm also not necessarily picky either. I just want someone to put together a nice clean buffet of hour derves, fruit and other light wedding-y food. Below are my list of choices. Please, if anyone has had experience with any of these caterers (good, bad, indifferent) please let me know. I would like to have some idea of what I'm in for when I call these guys.
