Good stuff! Now, I know, managing content on the web is going to be a lot challenging. :)

Not the content but the browsers need to be updated. IE6 didn't work with this. I can just hope that IE7 works.

The content as well. Retrieving content from the web in a single source language - English, seems to be a lot challenging, and now if the URL's too appear in multiple regional (or localized) languages, then the challenge will surely increase. :)

Yes. But most of the tools already support multiple languages. Especially in open source.

They do, but the context of my concern is Information Retrieval, across multiple languages.

Ha ha..and so rejected by standard's committee of various countries including India.
