Rainbows
We had some rain last week and while we were driving to the base the rainbows were out in full force. It was really beautiful, but unfortunately I only had my little busted'n'disgusted point and shoot with me. To make matters worse Thomas refused to stop the car in the middle of the road so I could get a proper shot instead of taking pictures through the windshield. He said something about it being a major roadway during rush-hour blah blah blah... I forget. I don't actually know that I was listening, come to think of it.
Sadly after sorting, cropping, and fiddling this was the only photo I could come up with. You can't really tell, but there were actually two beautiful rainbows in the shot. They were really vibrant and gorgeous!
Blame Thomas; the rainbow-hater he seems to be.
I haven't done a normal post in a while so I have a few things I've been forgetting.
First: CONGRATULATIONS JAMIE AND LISA!
They had a little girl and from what I hear she's uber-cute. But I'm also getting my information from very biased sources... I'd make a horrible journalist.

WWII on Facebook. The only way we can educate our youth these days it seems.
This kept me entertained for literally 45 minutes.
For the writers. I went through some of those sites and they seem pretty helpful. I now have the Definr up on my toolbar -SO helpful.
I made these brownies a couple of days ago. They didn't actually change my life, but let me just say that between Thomas and myself we managed to polish off the entire pan in about 3 days. They were also super easy to make. May I suggest warming up the brownie just a little, two scoops of French Vanilla ice cream, and a drizzle of chocolate fudge on the top? I'm not trying to tell you how to eat your brownie, but you know...that's how -I- did it :)
