I am thinking of giving it a go next summer. (I'll find the days off somewhere...)

Anyone want to pimp me their group? Especially if you can come up with a plausible way for me to wander in already connected to someone in it so I have less to panic about.

The Lower City of Flambard rocks.

We are the non-nobles (and in some cases illegitimate children of nobles) from the nation of Flambard (which is kind of like Renaissance Italy). This basically means that we can do whatever we want and are the people that actually tend to keep the colony going in many ways (operational ways - like feeding the people and controlling the armies).

Most days tend to be going around working on your own goals, and every night is a party with lots of drink and the games that tend to go with it (IC I Have Never being particularly common).

Most characters are human, though most Known World races could probably be accommodated with a little effort (though your first few events might involve getting the community to accept you if you choose to play a non-human). We also have links to 3 of the Known World religions which allows you an easy access to the Faith game if you want to explore that side.

If you are interested, I'm sure I can find somebody who is willing to have a sister (or similar) that hasn't been mentioned or particularly detailed before.
