Work perks

So I am now an official employee of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Administrative Assistant to the Pulmonary and Sleep Critical Care Division. What does that mean? I'm a paper pusher that works in the basement and will eventually answer phones. Not as exciting as it sounds.

What is also means tho is that I get a huge raise from any previous employment ($15.40 an hour!)with benefits including 50% off T-passes to get there.

The reason I'm writing all this is not to brag but there is one benefit that I can extend to you all. Next season of the Red Sox I can get 2 tickets, $5 for both. ANYWHERE in the stadium. Why? Because BIDMC is the official hospital of the Red Sox. Meaning that Fenway park puts away special seating for their employees. Therefore, 30 min before the game I (and whoever wants in) show up at gate B and flash my ID. 30 min into the game, any 2 seats that have not yet been sold by Fenway are mine. Could be 10th row, a family last month got em, could be standing only, which isn't bad.

So, keep it in mind and gimme a heads up when anyone wants to go. I have no life and Big Papi is still in so I'm willing anytime.
