just wanted to gush
I've been thinking about last week's shower. That was the perfect shower, and here's why...
1. it was more about us than about the gifts we got (although the gifts were great!)
2. we got to talk about the stuff we like
3. we played games that were actually fun (I am *so* not a game person)
4. we were with people we really like
5. it didn't just include the men as a side note; instead, the men were just as much a part of it as the women
Thanks again for such a great party. Once the baby's born and everything settles down again, we'll have to invite you all over to visit.
19 days and counting (but I really wouldn't mind if the baby were early)
