Fandom snowflake challenge day 2

Today's challenge:
"In your own space, post a rec for at least three fanworks that you did not create. Drop a link to your post in the comments. See if you can rec fanworks that are less likely to be praised: tiny fandoms, rare pairings, fanworks other than stories, lesser known kinks or tropes. Find fanworks that have few to no comments, or creators new to a particular fandom and maybe aren't well known or appreciated. Appreciate them."
The very first fanwork I thought of was this:
The Five Kingdoms by winterhill. Link: http://archiveofourown.org/works/245092/chapters/377939?view_adult=true It's Merlin fic, but the main pairing is Merlin/Gwaine. Merlin has gone on a quest to save King Arthur, who is very ill, but when he doesn't return in a timely fashion, Arthur sends Gwaine to find him. It's kind of a fusion with Gwaine and the Green Knight and it's long and it's so good. It's honestly one of the best fics I've read in any fandom - it's creative, original and Merlin and Gwaine are just fantastic together. Honestly if I picked this book up in a store and read the summary, I'd buy the book.

Written for the holmestice fic exchange on LJ. It's a lovely, lovely magic realism story about John and Sherlock finding each other. Inadequate description is inadequate but it's like ... the writer paints pictures with words.

Drive Till You See the Daylight by fools_game: http://fools-game.livejournal.com/181057.html I may be slightly biased because I beta'd this but seriously. If you're in the Adam Lambert fandom and read Adam/Tommy; you have to read this. It starts out as Tommy/everyone and her slightly slutty, eager-to-please Tommy is so much fun to read.
