I don't really have a reading comfort zone, I don't think. If a story sparks my interest I'll give it a go, regardless of genre

I used to be able to when we lived in Auckland because the bus ride was 45 minutes. Now it's barely 10 and not worth it

Couch or bed. Though I'm rather inclined to fall asleep if I'm reading in bed

Mmmmm .... I try not to unless it's someone I know really well, or I'm not too worried about getting the book back. I'm a terrible person to lend books to, as well

No. I try to use bookmarks, and failing that because Patrick steals them, I just try and remember where I was up to

The story. And beautiful, beautiful prose. Both of those things get me every single time. And unputdownable-ness

It's not a biography but Slash's book about his time with Guns n Roses is fascinating reading

Don't have one. I'm not a cookbook sort of cooking person - I'm an open a packet sort of cooking person - lol. Having SAID that, I do own cookbooks

I try not to read hyped books while they're being hyped if that makes sense? I prefer to wait until the fuss dies down a bit - lol

I almost never read reviews. And that's a terrible admission because I WRITE reviews for work

It's all subjective. I don't feel bad about it if I didn't like/click with a book. More often than not if I really don't like a book I don't finish it. Life's too short to read bad books

French. No, Spanish so I could read One Hundred Years of Solitude in the original

Lord of the Rings, whatever I'm reading at the time, and a couple of long complicated historical fiction novels :-)

I want to say The Vintner's Luck, even though I haven't seen the movie (actually I refuse to see it) because I understand they changed the basic fundamental relationship that's at the heart of the story. Can't think of anything else right now

Probably about $100? It's hard to gauge because books are hella expensive here

Skipping ahead to find out what happens? Hardly ever

If I'm bored or angry or it makes me go wtf and not in the good way

I try to. The best I can say right now is that most of them are in bookcases

I keep them, generally. I'll give away review copies once I'm done with them, to one of my sisters.
