So today I went to my first Thai hospital. I needed a physical in order to register for classes at the university. This included...
-Eye Test
-Urine Test
-Chest x-Ray
-Blood pressure.
My friend's sister went with me, which was the only reason why this series of tests were completed. Through a lot of hand gestures and pictures I go through the event.
When they took my weight my friend's sister said "heavy weight". Haha... I'm not heavy... I'm foreign!
For the eye test...I had to read numbers. I told them that I had contacts in...and they were like whatever, we'll just make sure they are strong enough.
Out of all of this...the doctor's orders were to drink more water,(and learn more Thai)
The total cost of the visit...about 19 dollars. I even got to take my chest X-ray picture home with me :)
