1) Favorite grade in elementary school? (Kindergarten counts.) I didn't go to elementary school. I was homeschooled until I began college. The only thing I was really jealous of was juice boxes. So, I guess my favorite grade would have been the grades with juice boxes (and those nifty pencil boxes! I really wanted one of those as well).
2) If you could only have one type of dessert for the rest of your life,
what would it be? I would have trifle--a layered dessert with custard, pound cake, strawberries, and whipped cream. corkyinflamed makes about the best trifle imaginable. She also makes a yummy chocolate trifle, but I slightly prefer the original.
3) Can you drive a stickshift? Not in the slightest. I have never even attempted.
4) What's your favorite guilty-pleasure TV show? Beverly Hills 90210.

kinda cheating, but I want to read your response to it as well.] The
Afghan Whigs have stopped by your house to do an intimate acoustic set,
but they only have time to do three songs of your choosing. What's the
setlist? This is one of the best questions ever. I would choose "Bulletproof," "Fountain and Fairfax," and "What Jail is Like." I have to say that even thinking about this question made me feel as if I have having a better day.
