Good weekend
This weekend was very fun! I drove up to Claire's - which took 3 hours instead of the usual 1 1/2 - and hung out with her for the weekend. On Friday night we visited her parents' house; they fed us pizza and accompanied us to a local auction. We didn't bid on anything (it was mostly old crap), but it was interesting to go and see it, since I'd never been to an auction before. Yesterday Claire and I went to...a pole-dancing class! Well, it was really an intro class at Xpose Fitness, which is a place that basically teaches erotic-dancing aerobics classes. We didn't do anything on the poles, just floor moves. It was surprisingly difficult - I never realized how fit strippers had to be! I'm glad to have done it, and I will definitely try to remember those moves when I want to entertain a gentleman. ;) Anyway, then we had dinner with Claire's family for her birthday, and today she gave me a little tour of her new condo! I am sooo jealous. I want my own house!
So tomorrow I will clean the apartment, fill out a few school-related forms, and pack to go home for two weeks. I'm looking forward to it - there are a lot of people I haven't seen in a while! And that's my life for now. :)
